An intimate dinner at the intersection of two culinary traditions, Vietnamese and Latin American, where the flavors don't just coexist; they converse.

Citrus, chili, and coconut. Fish sauce and sofritos. The table is set where our stories overlap. You all gathered with us on May 8 for a multi-course dinner crafted by cultural hosts who believe food is the most honest language we share.

nêm nếm’s first collaboration was with the Carreño siblings: Michelle, Christian, and Pedro. Christian is a sous chef at Little Chango in Asheville, and worked with our chefs to build the Latinx side of the menu. Michelle and Pedro brought together the ambiance and storytelling to connect each dish to memory and culture.
