Our Story
Giving a platform to the stories that don’t always get a seat.
nêm nếm was built on a simple idea: food is how people let you in. Not restaurant food — home food. The stuff that doesn't have measurements, that tastes different depending on who's making it and what they're carrying that day.
We find those people. Cooks, home chefs, culture-keepers whose food has a story that most dining rooms would never make room for. We collaborate with them, build a dinner around their dishes, and invite a table full of strangers to share it.
